Skypiom Compliance’s Performance Management module may be used to track and incentivise the performance of employees, external stakeholders such as contractors, groups and departments as well as other environments that require ongoing performance tracking and development.

Single Person Workflow​

The information for the review is supplied by either the user or by their manager.

Dual Party Person Workflow​

Users and their manager are requested to provide information for the review. Neither party can see the answers of the other until both parties have completed entries.
Performance Management

Easy setup and deployment: Skypiom Compliance’s Performance Management module contains a review template authoring tool via which unlimited configurable templates may be authored.

Flexibility

Choose from various question parameters, such as multiple choice, free text and numeric answers.
