Implementation

Aside from an astute system architecture and functionality, Skypiom’s support (included for all system administrators) continuously outperforms the industry standard and to this end has obtained a verifiable reputation for impeccable deployment and assistance.

Skypiom’s adequate planning, strategy definition, system training, deployment and ongoing support ensures deployment, adoption and compliance success. The below steps outline a typical system deployment roadmap:

Implementation Scoping

A dedicated project manager will be actively involved in the implementation process. This comprises implementation scoping, strategy and deployment definition, change management support, deliverable tracking, timeline definition, learning material scoping and reporting requirement definition.

Integration

Depending on the type of integration, an integration meeting may be necessitated between the various IT stakeholders. Some of the topics covered are infrastructure requirements and availability, such as web servers, authentication specifics, login page options and data field requirements. Should integration not be required, or should integration be deferred then this step may be skipped.

Deployment Planning

This step involves Skypiom Compliance theming and logo customisation. Identifying champions and system administrators are critical to this step, as are pillar deployment planning and administrator training. Importantly, this step involves the defining of the various Compliance Roles and Compliance Items, and in turn linking these to users - this step specifically is strongly supported by Skypiom.

Deployment

The last step launches Skypiom Compliance and entails introduction, training and change management for users.
