Active & Inactive Users

Unique to Skypiom Compliance is the “active” and “inactive” user model. This model ensures that inactive user accounts are retained in full, at no cost to the customer, so that the valuable compliance data is always retained. 

Active User

An active user is a user who has logged into Skypiom Compliance, who has been enrolled into learning materials or who is actively being tracked by a Compliance Role.

After 90 days post last login or enrolment, or if the user is no longer being tracked by a Compliance Role then the user will become inactive.

Inactive User

When a user converts to inactive status their license is relinquished, which may be utilised by another user. Inactive user accounts are retained at no cost while the Service Level Agreement is in effect.

When converting back to active status then a user will have access to all the historic data on their user account.

Active User

Subscription Options

Pilot

Should a customer wish to obtain a deeper understanding of Skypiom Compliance before committing a larger user base, or should a customer want to experience the detailed reporting capabilities based on a specific user sample firsthand, then a pilot may be a step worth considering. 

The pilot is aimed at showcasing the anticipate value that Skypiom Compliance will deliver to a customer’s organisation, specifically the compliance areas requiring immediate attention while at the same time paving the way for transparent, automated and detailed compliance management. 

Skypiom’s support team will conduct all the heavy lifting and execute on the agreed to pilot while at the same time keeping the customer closely informed on the progress. Subsequent to the pilot Skypiom Compliance can be easily be expanded to the remainder of the organisation, whereby the entire pilot investment will be credited against the once-off onboarding and deployment investment.
